We calculate the loss of net profit using a number of accepted methods for wrongful conduct, business interruption, as well as patent infringement and antitrust reasons. Calculations are done for both past and future scenarios, and are presented as present (cash) value figures.

In the unfortunate case of the death of the member of a family, we calculate the past and future loss of support to the surviving spouse and/or children. Calculations are adjusted for the decedent's consumption, and are presented as present (cash) value figures.
